Orbitvu Cloud platform allows you to adjust your profile settings according to your needs. As an Admin you can also edit Company Account details.
Click your avatar in the top right and then 'Manage your profile' link to manage your profile
In the profile management window you can edit some Profile settings:
- set your first and last name
- change e-mail address
- note that if your account is the company owner (the very first user for this company account) then you need to contact our support to change the email
- change application language
- edit your time zone
- check the role assigned to your user
- change the password
- delete your account
- add a photo to your profile (the added photo can be deleted or replaced with another one)
To access Company settings visit Manage your profile and select Company settings tab
Notifications
Orbitvu Cloud sends e-mail notifications regarding account, e.g. if the Subscription plan is going to expire, if there is no valid credit card, etc. It is possible to change e-mail address for notification from the default one (which is an e-mail of the first user added to the Company account) to some other, more general email or even multiple emails.
Billing email
E-mail used for notifications regarding payments. If not defined then notification emails are used.

Custom attributes
Custom attributes are attributes defined for the Presentations in Orbitvu SUN. These are defined when the Presentation is created with Orbitvu Station and then can be used in Orbitvu SUN Cloud as soon as such presentation is uploaded in the presentation's edit form
Every user is also able to select custom attributes they want to have appropiate column shown on the presentations list.
