Managing users

Managing users in your company account is done using the Accounts page where you'll find all options necessary to invite new users and deactivate or remove the existing ones.

You need to be in Admin role to manage users

You can only invite new users if your Company account has not reached its total user limit. In the Business plan, each purchased Orbitvu Station Seat allows you to add up to 3 users. Check the Available users box to verify your current capacity. Note that pending invitations count towards this limit.

Enter the e-mail address of the person to invite, then select permission group and optionally write a short message to the invited person. Read more about permissions here

As soon as invitation message is sent you'll see e-mail address of the invited person as pending and you'll be able to resend invitation message or remove invitation completely.

Invited person will receive the e-mail message with confirmation link:

When invitation link is opened, invited person will be provided with Registration form or with Join Company account 

After successful registration (or joining) the new User account is added to your Company account.

If the invited person is already ORBITVU Cloud user then it is still possible to invite him to join your Company account. Such user will be moved from his current Company account to your Company account.

Send invitation to a user who belongs to another company. Such user will receive an e-mail invitation.

The user must be logged in to their Orbitvu SUN Cloud account, next he should click on the received link. The link will switch the user to the form that needs to be completed.

Select the User you want to dactivate/remove, click the three dots butto to open the menu and selct Edit user details option.

To remove the user they have to be deactivated first

Click Deactivate option to deactivate the user

As soon as User is deactivated you can activate them again or remove completely.

If you choose to remove user then you have to select new owner of the presentations and other contents (e. g. Tags or Orbittour Templates) of the removed user.

The user account will be removed and all the contents from this user will be moved to the new owner.
