Subscription Plans Overview
Orbitvu offers three distinct tiers tailored to different business requirements. Each paid plan is scaled based on the number of Orbitvu Station Seats purchased for the Company Account.
Free plan
Designed for basic hardware operation. It provides access only to the Perpetual Fallback version of Orbitvu Station associated with your device. AI services are not included. Orbitvu SUN features are limited.
Pro plan
The standard choice for professional content production. It includes the latest software updates, a standard bundle of AI credits, and 1 GB of cloud storage per User. Support is provided via email. Allows for flexible customization of the plan by adding Seats, storage or purchasing additional credits.
Business plan
Engineered for high-volume studios and advanced workflows. It features a superior 3-to-1 User-to-Seat ratio, a significantly larger AI credit pool, and exclusive access to Offline Mode and API V2. Business subscribers receive priority phone and email support.
The subscription model is designed to be flexible, allowing you to scale resources as your production needs change. Visit the Manage subscription to get adjust the plan to your needs. The system distinguishes between immediate and scheduled changes:
Immediate changes (upgrades)
Any action that increases the value of the subscription is processed instantly. This includes:
- Upgrading to a higher plan tier (e.g., Pro to Business).
- Adding more Orbitvu Station Seats.
- Adding Additional Users.
Billing impact
The new features or seats become available immediately. A pro-rated charge will be applied to your payment method to cover the difference for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
Scheduled changes (downgrades)
Any action that reduces the subscription value is scheduled for the future. This includes:
- Moving to a lower plan tier.
- Reducing the number of Seats or Additional Users.
Billing impact
To ensure your current production is not interrupted, the change will only take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You will retain your current access levels until the end of the period already paid for.
AI Credits are a consumable resource used to power automated intelligence features within the Orbitvu ecosystem, such as AIMask (background removal) and AI Assistant.
Monthly allowance
Every paid plan includes a monthly bundle of credits. The size of this bundle is determined by your plan tier and the number of active Users. Credits are reset at the beginning of each billing cycle (unused credits do not roll over).
Consumption rates
Features utilizing credit-based consumption deduct a specific number of credits per operation. Please refer to the Credits page within your Orbitvu Cloud account for the most current and definitive consumption rates.
The values provided below are indicative examples only:
- AI Background Removal (AIMask): 15 credits per image.
- AI Assistant: 1 credit per operation.
Top-ups
If the monthly allowance is exhausted, the Company Administrator can purchase additional credit bundles (e.g., in units of 1,000 credits) via the Orbitvu Cloud marketplace to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
Cloud Storage is a fixed capacity limit used for hosting presentations, images, and 360° spins in Orbitvu SUN.
Base allocation
Each User account within a Pro or Business plan contributes 1 GB to the total Company Account storage pool. For example, a Business plan with 2 Seats (allowing 6 Users) provides a total of 6 GB of shared storage.
Storage monitoring
Administrators can monitor storage usage in real-time via the Cloud Dashboard.
Expanded capacity
If the shared pool limit is reached, additional storage can be purchased as a recurring subscription add-on. Storage extensions can be billed monthly or annually, matching your primary plan's billing cycle.
Payment Method and Processing
To provide a seamless subscription experience, Orbitvu Cloud uses automated recurring billing.
Credit/Debit cards
The system accepts major credit and debit cards. To ensure uninterrupted service, your card information is kept "on file" and is used for automatic renewals at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual). To add a card visit Company account profile as shown below
Payment infrastructure
Our payment process is powered by the Espago payment gateway, with Elavon acting as the acquiring bank. This ensures that all transactions meet the highest security standards for online payments.
Data security
We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. All sensitive data is handled securely by our payment partners in compliance with PCI-DSS requirements.
Automated Payments and Invoices
Subscriptions are billed automatically to the credit card on file. Invoices are generated within few days after the payment, after a review from the Accounting department. Access to invoices is available with the Invoices tab in your account management.
For Polish clients, due to the e-invoicing system KSEF, the invoices will be available through this system.
Failed Payments and the 14-Day Grace Period
If an automated charge is declined (e.g., due to an expired card or insufficient funds), the system initiates a 14-day Grace Period:
- Full Access: All services, including software and cloud features, remain fully operational for 14 days.
- Notification: The Company Administrator will receive immediate email alerts regarding the failed payment attempt.
- Automatic Retries: Our payment gateway will periodically attempt to re-charge the card on file during this period.
- Resolution: The Administrator should update the payment method or ensure sufficient funds are available. You can manually trigger a payment retry through the Billing dashboard.
- Cancellation: If the balance remains unpaid after the 14th day, the subscription is cancelled. The account will revert to the Free Plan, which restricts Orbitvu Station usage to the Perpetual Fallback version associated with your hardware.
