As soon as there are multiple users within the Company account it is possible that these users view and edit Presentations belonging to other persons in the company.
Only users with roles of Admin and Manager are able to view and manage presentations of other users
There are some useful options at Presentations list that can be used to browse presentations by the owner or to change the owner.
